Rental and Reservation Policies
Below you'll find important information about terms and conditions for renting our products and services. We aim to provide a seamless experience ensure you understand the guidelines for making reservations. Please take moment to review this policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with us.
Safety / Liability:
For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard card display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting Rock Your Block is
not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any yard card.

Damage / Missing:
Please DO NOT MOVE or ADJUST your Yard Card. Contact us if there is an issue and/or a need to have them removed earlier. Please DO NOT MOW or us a trimmer around our yard card. Signs can be damaged by flying debris from lawnmowers, animals, trimmers etc. If you plan on having your lawn serviced, please make sure it is completed prior to having your yard card delivered. Lawn clippings stain our signs. Damage fee apply.

Grass Clipping cleaning $50 / Damage fee min $20 per sign.

In the event of stolen or missing signs, you will be responsible for replacing each sign at a min of $50.
Please do not attach balloons or any other object to any part of the display.

Placement:
We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility. If there is a specific spot you would like the sign to be displayed please let us know prior to
installment. We are unable to stake in gravel, concrete, flower beds, mulch etc., If back yard set up is needed or a place where the delivery car can not pull up to, there could be additional cost.
We will place a small business sign in your yard with our contact information. It will be placed off to the side of the display. Please do not move, remove or hide it. We will also
take photographs of the display (which may include a picture of the property in the background) for marketing and social media.

Payment:
Payment is required at the time of your order to reserve your date and yard card. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Weather Policy:
We will attempt to set up our yard card rain or shine. However, there may be times we
need to reschedule due to inclement weather. This includes lightning/thunderstorms,
heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put our staff or our signs in
harm’s way. We will first attempt to adjust our installation time with its safe to install, if
that’s not possible you can pick a new date or receive credit.

Cancellation:
If you must cancel your booking prior to 48-hours before set-up, you can choose to
receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund or leave the full amount on credit for a future
booking date to be used within 6 months, based on our availability. If you do not rebook
within 6 months, the fee will be forfeited.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address. A $50.00 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re-set up a greeting at the correct address. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner, HOA, management or similar boards requesting us to
remove the lawn display. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. A $50.00 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return once access is granted. No refunds will be given due to the presence of any animals that prevent the display from being set up. No refunds will be given for any circumstances that are out of our control that prevents us from setting up the display.​
